Berlin Meetup - Screening 'The Great Hack'

Hey everyone,

if you recently got the Humane Tech Newsletter, you might also have seen The Great Hack and their encouragement to stream it – we’ll do this in September at the Berlin Meetup: https://www.meetup.com/de-DE/Humane-Technology/events/264164720/ – But does someone here know in how far it’s legally allowed to screen a netflix documentary, and where one might be able to purchase such a license?

Netflix says that some documentaries are available for educational screening but the details page for The Great Hack doesn’t contain the paragraph giving permission. However, I would assume that as long as this is a non-public event, there is nothing prohibiting you from jointly watching a movie. They question is whether advertising it via meetup makes it a public event.
