Inserting Latency into your Browsing

I’m new here - really wasn’t quite sure how to tag this but…

This post from Hacker News today fits exactly in line with CHT’s mandate.

There is a Firefox extension trending on HN right now to add delays to distracting sites:

I’ll add it to Awesome Humane Tech later.

This latency concept is neat. My Chrome extension, Nudge, does something analogous - inserts a page if you e.g. try to visit Facebook where you have to drag across a slider to get through. It looks like this:
