This is “Disillusioned” by A Perfect Circle, 2018. This band / album is highly critically acclaimed by the way, they’re considered among the very best in all of recent popular music.
The references to dopamine are about how tech manipulates our brain, dopamine is a brain chemical that’s more powerful than strong drugs. Also “silicon” refers to silicon chips used to make tech devices, not fake breasts (that’s silcone). The lyrics:
