Hello!

I’m a comedian, writer, producer and actor largely focused on phone addiction activism and digital minimalism work. I have a comedy band with songs about phone addiction, wrote a children’s book Hey Zoey! Get Off Your Phone!, and make videos with The Light Phone.

I’m looking to create a workshop/show to help people restructure the foundation of their relationship to technology. Excited to be here!
