Are you a developer or designer interested in ethical peer review?
We are a group of developers, designers, and makers who want to review each other’s technology from an ethical standpoint.
Most people here will be aware of the ethical dilemmas technology is currently in, but that’s not enough. We need to practice designing and engineering ethical technology. We need to learn how to review the technology we are building before it does harm. That can be very difficult to do on your own.
We are starting a private discussion mailing list (yep, old school) where you can post your designs and implementations for your peers to review. It is separate from this forum because we may be discussing technology that is not ready to be released publicly yet.
Anyone is welcome to join. Also people interested in ethics, psychology, sociology. Just keep in mind that the discussion will have a practical and technical focus.
