Does "seamless" = humane? Let's discuss...

Hello all, first-time poster here. I work at a company called Sentien. Our focus is on creating solutions to the problems we see with today’s human-computer interaction (HCI). With that in mind, I’d like to start a discussion around this question:

Will a more seamless HCI contribute to better digital wellbeing and more humane tech?

For context behind our position, here is an article we published explaining the relationship between seamlessness and digital wellbeing in a simplified way, for the general public to read.

Looking forward to discussing more with this community!
