This could be one of the ways to explain the difference between HTC (Humane Technology Community - this forum) and CHT (Center for Humane Technology).
The diagram could describe data collected by a certain service (i.e. Google).
- HTC would contribute to make users aware of their data being collected and eventually to guide them through another privacy-respecting alternate service.
- CHT would be interested in informing and interacting with public rulers, company CEOs and similars.
As you may notice, a change in regulation would have huge impact but is less likely to happen, while a change in a single user habit is relatively easy to trigger but will affect only a few data.
The two objectives complement each other.
