Digital wellness policy in the workplace

Hi all, I am preparing a series of workshops for my clients on digital wellbeing and would love some examples of good corporate solutions for this (not like those in the picture :))!

For example:

  • Virgin banned emails for 2 hours every week for senior management to allow them to focus

  • Amazon does tech-less meetings to keep everyone more focused

  • Companies get their employees standing desks, which they can use
