I recently see lots of people claiming to be “experts” in digital wellbeing, and quoting same dubious research (for example, on gold fish and attention span). Since I run an ICF-accredited coach training in digital wellbeing, I wanted to share some ideas re credibility in this field, as well how to identify credible research, and what overall coaches do.
