How can ethical human centric design shape social media marketing activities by brands? What are the key 'Dos and Dont’s?
I am no marketing or brand strategy expert but it seems to me that the common trait of "personality "of ethical brands is in their actions.
If the brand is backed up by real actions (not just raising $ for non profits which is commonly used as a marketing strategy ) which really embody the core message of their brand then it leads to genuine trust for their consumers.
Hi @johnjohn! It is good question. Until now unaddressed here. But important for our community. It is now in the ‘Ethics’ sub-category of Humane Design and we will address it in future projects.
