On this World Mental Health Day, parents, we ask that you look at your own behaviors and patterns. Are you being the best role model possible for your children when it comes to tech usage? Please, open a dialogue to discuss your family’s screen time.

My condolences to your father’s passing! A beautiful blog post you’ve written. You honor him!

Thank you very much!

A simple start is for parents to put their phone away while standing with their children at the bus stop and playing with them in the park. It used to be, parents played with their children. Now, they sit on the bench with next to one another looking at their screens.
