Here I am : a frenchie who made Australia my new home almost 10 years ago.
I resigned from the corporate unhealthy food manufacturing world 2 years ago and since then navigate through life , our online and offline worlds and try to bring balance to it all.
I am an extrovert by nature but who develop introversy as a necessity ie to deal with all the social attacks we can endure especially as an empath.
To finalise i am a believer in humanity and a sense that the future can be bright if we aim for harmony , compassion and care for ourselves and others.
