I am a psychology major at Florida State University. I am an aspiring counseling psychologist and psychedelic researcher.

An individuals repeated patterns of attention decide who they will become. With cell phones and the internet my generation has a freedom to decide what ideas they pay attention at an individual level at a vastly higher degree than any point in human history.

Integration of the digital world into every aspect of our lives is inevitable. The continual psychological impact of these technologies is hard to grasp. The way which we shape our digital platforms right now will decide how we as humans collectively evolve.

I have become increasingly fascinated in the power and freedom of how we will our individual attention. I have been writing about this among other psychological topics in my spare time. I recently stumbled across Tristian Harris and I am excited to get more involved with like-minded people to raise awareness.
