Hello guys,

On 12th January we organize [a full day digital wellbeing training](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/digital-wellness-fundamentals-lisbon-tickets-85617210381?aff=humanetech) to help people revisit their relationship with tech and improve their digital habits. You can also try your hand at coaching others during the group exercise. Hope to see you!
